Scam – absolutely not! We are able to offer you rock bottom price due to purchasing our stocks in high quantity. But fret not, we also accept paypal to give you that extra peace of mind.
It’s okay to change your mind, just return the item back to us. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we are happy to help you out. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning the item. Click here for more details.
Have you tried tracking your items? Please contact us if you still has not received the items 7 days after the date of purchase. Our hardworking ninjas will get into action and get you the items asap.
Paperdorable reserves the full rights to cancel and not fulfil orders at our own discretion. Such cancellation may be due (but not limited) to your order ID and IP address has been reported as suspicious and fraudulent in the past. In such event, we will fully refund you your money back. If you believe that your order was flagged as fraudulent by mistake, kindly email us at [email protected] so that we can help you further.
Although we do try our best to avoid pricing errors and glitches on our website, this unfortunately might still happen (although very very rarely). We reserve the full rights to cancel and not fulfil such orders. In the event of pricing errors or glitches, we will fully refund you the money that you have paid us. Any item sent out by mistake due to this glitches are also returnable and refundable if you are not happy with it.
